A family house known and recognized since 1965, Maison Brunet Frères has established itself today as a benchmark for gastronomy in the region.

With Alex - salesman and manager - and Christian - creative chef - the second Brunet generation now at the helm has given a new dimension to the company.

Very committed to authentic gastronomy, member of the Disciples of the great Auguste Escoffier and founder of the ETIC-T* association, the duo has made know-how and high standards their watchwords.

Strong convictions which are translated concretely in the development of the House, the opening of the restaurant created in 2001 and above all through specific services, for individuals and businesses.

It is through love of the profession that Maison Brunet Frères has always been able to keep up to date and reinvent itself year after year...
